Why the telugu movies are not being nominated at ASCAR level?

Firstly its not ASCAR its OSCAR

Telegu movies are big but they dont cater a broader audience, infact even other parts of the country or non telugu movies cant associate with these movies

The movies in Oscars are to be for a global audience, they need to have a msg that has no boundaries on language or nations, i think telegu movoes should not be made only for the telegu people but for all , then i guess it may have a chance
