Try the shelters first, and put an ad into the newspaper.

First of all, let's clear up one thing. There is NO SUCH THING as a teacup yorkshire terrier. The breed is Yorkshire Terrier. A "teacup", and I shudder at the term, is merely a runt. A VERY small Yorkshire Terrier. That's all, nothing else.
There are probably lovely little terriers at most local shelters that are in desperate need of a home. Why not try one of them?
Good luck in your search, but don't be sucked in and convinced that they are some "rare breed" or something like that and pay huge dollars for it.
Save a life, adopt a nice small dog.
