My older sister had an apartment mate that put all of her mail and packages in a front closet..and hid them..so that she never knew that some important mail had come for her months ago!

What did you do about the apartment mate...did you get rid of them..or try to deal with them in other ways?

Given enough time, resources and open mindedness(on intrepetation or stuff), a Christian can debunk any attack on Christianity, somehow.

Given enough time, resources and openmindedness, a discussion with an atheists will always end up "it all comes down to faith."

So regarding God, it's either you believe in Him or you don't, faith. You have it or you don't have it.

I wish I could remember what that german philosopher said, "All points of view are valid"

So somehow in a way or another, everyone's right.

So why do we repetitively argue?

Why can't we all just get along?

My grandchild who is 13 hates school so much its making him ill-When there is a half term he is fine till a couple of days of him going back.He gets stressed in lessons,his legs start to itch,and he feels sick.He been to a specialist about a bad stomach,he thinks its stress related.Its a absolute nightmare for him and his mum .It causes so much tension because his mum dosent want him to lose out on his education or send him to school wondering if he is ill or just panicking-,do you think this is just a phrase and he will come out of it or is it a regular event with some kids.help .what do you do when you are being pressured ,put in a possition where if your child is of school you could be threatened with court.Has anyone been in the same position

I went on a 1 month vacation of sorts to a friends house across country. I've never left my 3 year old female cat before, and I wasn't worried. She was the first cat I had, but now there are 7 other cats in the house. 4 Kittens and 2 adults, As well as my roommate who's shes fully accustomed to. Before I left, she has always been my most affectionate cat. I can hold her upside down, in any position and she's fully trusting. I can pet her for hours, she never scratches or bites or even hisses. She just loves on me and licks me like crazy.
I came back from my trip. My other cats took to me instantly, but her.. she was hissing, and wailing and whenever I tried to pet her, she'd wack me hard drawing blood every time. Since then (I've been home 48 hours now) we've "made up" She now cuddles with me like before, but is still a little skittish. Before, an atomic bomb would have to go off to startle her, but now she's jumpy.. So what happened? why did my baby start hating me for awhile?
