No.. because the Champions League is specifically a UEFA competition, intended for European clubs.
The equivalent in South America is the Copa Libertadores (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copa_Libertadores ) and it is possible that MLS teams may eventually be included in that, since Mexican teams were recently accepted.

The triumphing team from the CONCACAF Cup is going to the club international Cup the place they might play against the winners of the UEFA Champions League. regrettably, the two U.S. club communities have been eradicated in the semi finals and that i've got self assurance Pachuca gained the cup.
