How do you get over an ex when all you can do is think of them everyday?

It's been 5 years. I need to get over him!

You may not every got over him. Try getting over the fact that you may not be able to do that and remind yourself that you will probably not get back with him and find someone else.

Don't end a new pr current relationship because you can't get over him or if he become available or makes himself available again. That would be like a crack head running back to the dealer for the addiction that can't be controlled. As long as you have the money, the crack is available. As long as you are going to participate, the dude is available and not committed.

Remember why he is your ex.I had to remember the bad things the things that did not work.Plus I found that I was lonely.Fill your time up with thing you enjoy or learn a new craft.Get rid of things that remind you of him.Join an on line chat group.Could you be depressed?Get a check up.Maybe your hormones could be off.

My ex was so bad, all I could think about was how happy I was to have that $%#&*$@$^ out of my life. You'll get over it eventually, just get out there and start dating again, that is the best way.
