I'm thinking it is possible, if you take Einstein's Law of General Relativity into account. You have to travel faster than or equal to the speed of that bullet. The tricky part is, I don't think the human body can survive travelling that fast without donning on some special protective suit or a time machine. You must also take into account that the bullet will be very very hot.

If you can stop time altogether, and move through space while time is immobilized, then you can pick the said bullet with ease, as it will be hanging in the air. Just look at what Neo did in Matrix I.

The starting speed of flying bullet is very fast.
But as it flies, its speed will be decreasing.
So where far away from the place the bullet is shot, you can pick it, because its speed is slower than when shot.

Get me fully?
