coming home after a wedding killing the driver and decapitating the 6 year old flower girl. The mother is seen cradeling her baby's head sitting on the side of the road. He goes to trial and is conviced of 2nd degree murder and gets 18 to life. The murders mother and father compares the court proceedings to a lynching in the south, even though their son had been arrested for driving on the wrong side of the road in his home state and lost his license to multiple DWI's. The young murderer shows no remose spending his time in the prison library day in, day out, reading.

What is wrong with people that they compare a fair trial that gave their son a light conviction to the lynching of black people in the south? She complained that she would only get to see her son a couple times a week when the families of the little girl and driver never get to see their loved one again.

I just got my track uniform since I'm going to be starting track in my high school for the first time, I'm in 9th grade. Are they really supposed to be this short? They are showing a LOT of leg and extremely short.... definintely not something I'm used to... Did I end up with the wrong thing or something? I don't want to get stares. It's going to feel funny having all those people who come to track meets seeing that much leg on me...

I have the hardest time getting all of my mascara and eyeliner off when I wash my face in the shower. I have tried lots of differant face washes and eyemakeup removers. I have tried differant makeups and I always have the same problem. I use vaseline when I get out and then wipe it off with a damp towel but under my eyes still look black. I don't wear a whole lot of make up. Not layers and layers or anything. It is so frustrating

In our lab we hav a 5kVA tranformer, when it is switched on for doing experiments the fuse dips most of the time. Its not s/c, coz once it is some how switched on without dipping de fuse ( which some times happen) means it works on smoothly. What is the reason and remedy?

My neighbour (she) took care of a dog for someone as they were unstable accomodation wise and offered to pay for the care of the dog with food etc.
She has had the dog for 2 years with nothing paid for on the care side by the official owners.
The official owners have not bothered with the dog in care or love but the dog has just had pups and the official owners want a pup for free even though they have not taken back the dog or helped care for it.
If my neighbour does not give them a pup for free then they have threatened to take the dog back even though it is still an unstable home.
My neighbour does not want them to really have either as there is no dog care at all there. They say (no proof) that the dog is chipped and wont give the authority to change the chip details until she socums to giving them their free pup.
My neighbour wants to keep the dog and sell them a pup if they want a pup but not a freebie if push comes to shove and get the dog re chipped as her dog any idea?

This lawyer was appointed by the NYS courts for my brother whom doesn't have the money to pay a lawyer. He was charged with Felony-Theft. He has since returned the property and been a good civilian since his arrest. His court appointed lawyer didn't show up for his last appeance. Is there a legal action as a family member I can take against this man for breaking his right to a fair and speedy trial? If not, what other things might I be able to do in order to get this lawyer to cooperate?
