Try the Herbal Esences Eye Makeup removal! I have the same problem it's annoying but if you keep switching products your face can't get use to one so try to use only Herbal Esences or any other product. And maybe the reason that it still leaves black marks on your eye is that it's not a good product. Once you pick your eye makeup wipes follow these steps:
1. Put your hair up in a ponytail or just try to keep it out of your face.
2. Wipe your face with the wipe
3. Wah your face with a face wash (preferably ones that have little dots of natural products kind of like this one :http://www.neutrogena.com/ProductsDetails_314.asp?lProductLineID=13
4. Then just dry it off and your all done!!
Hope that helps!! Also try not to rub to hard and when you dry your face don't use a hard towel!!

I have used Avon's Moisture Effective Makeup Remover Lotion for years. I also sell Avon and it is a favored brand. It is a great product. I use cotton puffs wet them with warm water, put a small amount of the makeup remover on the puff then wipe my eyes. I never get any burning or oily film. It moistens the eye area and takes away all of the mascara easily. It sells for only 4.00 and lasts a very long time. My website is below, you can go there and read up on the product.

well yes.....i have had a problem with this too and alot worked for me;
1) mary kay's oil-free eye makeup remover---works SOOO GREAT! but its $14 and u will need to find a mary kay consultant in ur area
2) rimmel's eye makeup remover- can be found at any drug store- about $5-8
3) sephora's FACE eye makeup remover (its called FACE)---1.69 oz bottle for $5....the 4.22 oz bottle for $8....
3) Neutrogena's oil-free eye makeup remover ($10 i think)
4) Mac's Pro eye makeup remover (dont know cost)
there's alot that works....just make sure its oil-free
if nothing works- or try this first---take a soft tissue like Kleenex and dab a little lotion on it such as Vaseline Intensive Care body lotion (the LOTION, NOT the petroleum jelly)--and dab it all over the eye area (CLOSE EYES!) and wipe.....WORKS SO WELL!
best of lucK to u !!

MAC's Pro Eye Make up Remover is the best. If you are using a waterproof mascara then you will have to you an oil or emollient-based remover like a cold cream, MAC's Cleanse Off Oil, or Dermalogica's Precleanse.

vasaline. Rub some into your lashes and then wipe clean with a tissue. It gets it off every time, and it's way cheaper than those high end ones!

use baby oil. This is the solution you are looking for. It almost instantly dissolves mascara, and when you wipe it off, it won't leave black residue !
