Here are the instructions in English and in French. You will need to write it in your own words if you are doing this for school. If you simply copy what is there it will be clear that it is not your own work. However, by comparing the 2 sites you should be able to write a simple instruction in French without looking up too many words and it may help you with your sentence structure as well.
