I know they cancelled the last part of their last tour to go back in the studio. So, I figure they must have had stuff they couldn't wait to put down. On a side note, I was a bit skeptical about Shadows and Syn sharing duties with Good Charlotte on "The River". But, I actually kinda like it. Without the A7X influence, though, the song would blow. The song is like emo with a big sac.

I am 33 and need to lose weight. It has never been this hard to lose weight in the past. My diet is basically good: I don't eat sugar or drink soft drinks; I don't eat wheat or potatoes. I have sugar sensitivity, so I can't eat carbs without some sort of protein. I am 5 foot 3 and recently ballooned to about 200 pounds. My lower body (top and bottom abs as well as hips, thighs and butt) is a serious problem. I exercise in the evenings after work about twice a week for 1/2 hour. What should I be doing? Any suggestions?

Heard of people changing diets, living better, quitting smoking, & maybe cancer goes into temporary remission...

Things like that, or the "miracle" of being healed (after taking doctor's medications to fix it).

Are the both same or is one better than the other? I have a cockatiel that has been sneezing more than usual. I was told that i could use ornacycline for this. Ok, so, I've been adding about a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar to my Green Tea every day for the past 2 weeks and I see a big difference in the size of my tummy & my pants fit alot better. I have not stepped on a scale yet due to throwing it out out of frustration, but, I am sure I've lost at leat 5 pounds. How is this possible? I have not changed my eating or exercising habits at all either. Will increasing it to having 2 glasses of this mixture a day make my weight loss more?

I'm a skinny kid, and now I avoid fastfood, not because I think I'm fat just because all that crap isnt good for your health, but I was wondering, here is what I get when I always go to Subway.

12" Turkey Breast Sub
Wheat Bread
American Cheese(4 triangle shaped cheeses)
Mustard

That's what I get normally, it is under the " 6 grams of fat or less" menu, but instead of getting the 6" one, I get the 12", and I was just wondering, is the sub with everything on it I posted above healthy for you and is it like fast food, like all the greasy things from KFC?
