There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didn’t get cut for Fight Club by drinking green tea, and you won’t either.
Walk for 30 minutes every day, including weekends, Mondays, and Fridays. Do at least 30 minutes of weight training each week. Do 60 minutes of additional, higher intensity cardio each week.
Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Get rid of anything in your diet that is non-nourishing: mayonnaise and other condiments, salt, vinegar, white flour products and canned foods.
Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. Don’t starve yourself during the day, but if you don't wake up famished, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed.
Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Turn off the TV and the computer. Sleep is vitally important.
Don't consume alcohol—alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation—I’m not debating that—but we’re talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the fat.
Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isn’t almost clear, you need to drink more water.
Good luck.

Skipping Meals Is Not Always The Best Because Your Body Needs Nutrients. Here's What It Basically Boils Down To.
Skipping Breakfast Is Not A Good Idea Because This Is Where Most Nutrients Come From For The Day.

I would count how many calories you are eating. Although you may be eating healthy food you may be eating portions that are too large. It's unbelievable how those calories add up. Keep a journal of what you eat down to every last bite/sip. I tried losing weight for years and it wasn't until I really started counting everything that I lost weight. I would probably start with about 1500 calories per day. If you are exercising I think 1200 may be too few. Additionally, I would try to exercise 4 times a week as opposed to 2 times or increase the length of your workouts.

Eat just watch what your eating. I'm in the same boat. I have been working out 5 times a week for the past 4 months (with some skipping in between ) I have lost 26 pounds and that's really good for someone who never used to workout. How ever my tummy is still there so do not set up a bunch of unrealistic goal for your self.It will happen but its going to take time . This is what I've been doing .....I drink alot of water (that is very important. I also drink at least 4 cups of green tea (the benefits are awesome. and I eat when I'm hungry . Listen to your body when you starve your body, It will thank you by holding on to your fat for dear life . You can eat five fist size meals a day just make sure there healthy good luck.

You can Lose 9 lbs every 11 days after you know these facts:
Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.........
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.
Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK........
You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.
Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.......
You'll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.
In fact, the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!

It is possible you eat OK things, but just too much. Keep track of what you eat to see how much it is and find out how many calories you should be eating. Never eat to little that is just as bad if not worse that eating too much.
Eating properly is crucial to losing weight. Many people say eating has more to do with losing weight than working out.
Also, I would suggest working out more than twice a week. Up your work outs to 5 days a week, which you can do gradually. It also helps to be active whenever you can. You can do the normal stuff that people suggest to add activity - take the stairs, park far away, etc.. I would also suggest going for a ten or more minute walk on your lunch break, after dinner, etc.

You need to do more exercise it seems. One thing to do is interval training. Working really hard for one minute and then go slower for 2 minutes. do this for a total of 30 minutes most days a week (4 or 5). Then do some light weight training at first. Muscle burns more calories then fat does so by building muscle you are increasing your metabolism.

Please see your Doctor. Then find out if there is a certified nutritionest in your area. Increase the number of times you exercise in a week Even if you have to take it to 20 minutes for each workout to start and then gradually work up to 30.
A nutritionist may also be able to point you in the direction of some reasonably priced fitness clubs. But Not without the approval of your doctor. If you have A YWCA OR A YMCA check what they have to offer. Good Luck. Be patientwith yourself and hang out with people who encourage ypou and make you smile.

you know what...you are pretty much doing everything right...how long have u been doing this for? often times people think that if they start dieting or exercising they'll see results right away but it takes a lot of time..just have patience...try eating small portions of nutritious foods often instead of eating three big meals a day...also, if was recently found that u should be exercising half an hour everyday for 5-7 days a week....it seems like a lot, which it is because most ppl dont have time for that but still...try this website its really good it counts ur calories for you and gives u nutrition facts so u know what ur eating its www.fitday.com hope this helps!

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. To learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. Cleansing was good for me. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com
