Is there anybody who can claim that he has never decieved anyone in his life?

I really do not know BUT if anyone says this then they are a liar because no one is perfect in life.

Nope. I've told more lies than truths and the lies get bolder as I age.

I dont think so. everyone lies at some point. even when you are a child you tell lies.
