Ok, so, I've been adding about a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar to my Green Tea every day for the past 2 weeks and I see a big difference in the size of my tummy & my pants fit alot better. I have not stepped on a scale yet due to throwing it out out of frustration, but, I am sure I've lost at leat 5 pounds. How is this possible? I have not changed my eating or exercising habits at all either. Will increasing it to having 2 glasses of this mixture a day make my weight loss more?

Sidenote: I was already drinking the Green Tea daily, but, since adding the vinegar is when I started seeing/feeling these results. So, it's not the green tea or just drinking more......it's obviously something to do with the vinegar, since, that is the only thing I have done differently.

im not sure on the whole doubling up thing .. but Green tea is full of antioxidents and EGCG ... EGCG helps boost your metabolism. I cut out sodas and started to drink more waters and more green teas and seriously since November 10th i was at 155ish lbs a size 10 and now march 2nd i weigh 120 and in a size 6 thats falling off my a$$. so skip the starving and pick up a green tea =)
I wouldnt reccomend doubling up ... but you could try it for like a week or something and see if results are different =)

Good Job btw.
Best of wishes

Acids like vinegar and lemon surpress appetite, also by drinking green tea it is known to help reduce weight and increase calorie consumption.
There you go ten points please.
PS increasing the intake amount will not incourage more weight loss.

It's called metabolism. The things that you're doing cause your body to burn off more calories doing nothing than before. So, if you drank more, theoretically, you should lose even more, but maybe not double.
