I have to write a 2-3 page dialogue for my theatre class. It can only have up to 2 charactors. I have no idea what to write about. Can anyone help????

Can I file a Lawsuit to sue someone without having an Attorney? Are there any good websites that I could go to for free information?
Husband has sustained $350,000+ injuries/pain and suffering, lady has only $50,000 exposure, the rest would be a Lien on her house (only worth $100,000).Cannot get the $50,000 without going for the whole sum...any help appreciated.

On my way to work there is this disgusting, dirty house that has no less than a half a dozen dogs tied up with enormous chains to trees outside. These dogs are out there all day and I'm assuming all night (I've left my job quite late and they're always out there). These dogs have no shelter except for ripped pieces of carpet to lay on (which are completely rotten after being out in the rain and snow), and I've never spotted them with water (they're obviously getting some somewhere or they'd all be dead, but it isn't at their disposal). They are out there in all weather conditions, which here range from snow and sleet to 115 degrees in the summer. I had heard somewhere that a new law stated dogs could not be chained up for more than a certain amount of hours a day? Is this a state by state thing? I'm just tired of seeing them there every single day (and I do plan on calling someone on them).

I am trying to compile a book of camp songs. Some of the songs are under copyright protection still, some are no longer under copyright protection, and many are of unclear copyright status.

With a song, the lyrics and the tune could have different status. If I can find a published version of the song, it's easy to determine the status. However, it's not easy to find many of the songs, and even if the lyrics are Public Domain, how can I find out about the tune?

What methods are there (short of blind luck stumbling about) to tell if a song is copyrighted or not?

A contestant on "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?" had reached the final

plateau. If she answered the next question correctly, she would win

$1,000,000. If she answered incorrectly, she would pocket only the

$25,000 milestone money.



And as she suspected it would be, the million-dollar

question was no pushover. It was, "Which of the following species of

birds does not build its own nest, but instead lays its eggs in the nests of

other birds? Is it:

C) the cuckoo

The woman was on the spot. She did not know the answer. And she was

doubly on the spot because she had used up her 50/50 Lifeline and her Audience

Poll Lifeline. All that remained was her Phone-a-Friend Lifeline. The

woman hoped she would not have to use it because ...



Her friend was, well--blonde. She had no alternative. She

called her friend and gave her the question and the four choices. The

blonde responded unhesitatingly: "That's easy. The answer is C: the

cuckoo." The contestant had to make a decision and make it fast. She

considered employing a reverse strategy and giving Merideth any answer

except the one that her friend had given her. And considering that her

friend was a blonde, that would seem to be the logical thing to do. But

her friend had responded with such confidence, such certitude, that the

contestant could not help but be persuaded.



"I need an answer," said Merideth. Crossing her fingers, the contestant

said, "C: The cuckoo."

"Is that your final answer?"

"Yes, that is my final answer."

Two minutes later, Merideth said,

"That answer is ........................ Absolutely correct!

You are now a millionaire!



Three days later, the contestant hosted a party for her family and

friends, including the blonde who h ad helped her win the million dollars.



"Jeni, I just do not know how to thank you," said the contestant. "How did you

happen to know the right answer?"

"Oh, come on," said the blonde...

"Everybody knows that cuckoos don't build nests.

They live in clocks."

Civil ceremonies can be conducted in various places, although they do have to be licensed venues, however, does anyone know wether or not a beach can be classed as a licensed venue? I'm finding it hard to find a definate answer regarding this, maybe you have or know someone who has had a *GAY* wedding on a beach or have had one yourself. My poor little honey is poorly, her temperature is up and she's not eating. She's also very tired, but in between naps needs to be entertained... I've read all her books to her at least twice and played very gentle exploring games but I'm going stir crazy...

I have been best friends with this guy for 8 years now. We have been through so much together. He was in an abusive relationship for 4 years and has horrible luck with girl. They all hurt him and use him. I have been there through it all and will always. I am currently in college and he only has his GED. we live an hour from eachother. When we're together he makes plans for the future and its always "we" not just "me/I'm". I know he cares about me but i dont know if its just as a friend or more. His the only guy i've slept with and he knows that. He starts to say how he feels then we get enterupted.
