i am talking about is there any law which prevents this.

If it is a public school, and the girl wants to go they have to provide equal education. If it is a PRIVATE school, there may be rules against it, and it would be legal as private schools are not regulated by the public school district.

Yes, she can. Many times when I was in high school I would see a pregnant girl walking the hallways. It's commonplace. Laws prevent schools from preventing pregnant girls from being allowed to go to school. But some pregnant girls drop out.

I have never ever heard of any such draconian law which prevents a would be mother frm attending schools but yes i believe she has to clear dues for TWO!

There is no law stating that, in fact if a school were to keep someone out based on pregnancy that is grounds for a suit.

It depends on the type of school the girl attends, private schools usually don't allow pregnant girls.

no law but schools are allowed to turn away a pregnant girl in some places...but there are schools for pregnant girls only at least here in Montreal - Canada

As to my knowledge, yes, she can go to school while pregnant. I think it would be illegal to tell a girl she cannot attend school because of her pregnancy.

yea of course a girl can attend school who is pregnant no problem in that untill her parents and herself wants to come .
