Write what you know. Because your space is limited, don't go overboard with fancy settings. Just start off really simple, with, say, a couple having breakfast - all nice and normal - and then you build to a sense of "there's something wrong between these two" and then you resolve it. Or not. Whatever you choose. Oh, I don't know. What I mean is, 1) Keep it simple; 2) Write from experience.

The sky's the limit with this , you can write about , a Husband & Wife, a patient and Dr. a Brother and Sister, Two sisters , Two brothers ,two friends.the telephone operator and customer. the dog catcher and the owner. you can go on and on. Hey you can even write about a interesting conversation you had with someone. or an argument you had and you won, or lost , or learned something from it . The sky's the limit!!! Hope I was helpful.

You could write an internal dialogue where you are arguing the pros and cons of a particular subject with yourself - are you a twin? that would be even better.

try this one:
A man from the village reaches the city and finds out that life is so strange there..... people have no feelings or time to care about others, they simply flow through the waves of the society, and finally he manages to find his way back realising that human relationships are the most sensitive than these worldly pleasures that he saw in the city....
