like shooting pains? or just tenderness? lately mine have been pretty tender (usually the left side too... hmm interesting). i just thought it was from wearing my new underwire bras to bed (usually i dont use underwires) or hormone related. or my bf being too ruff! lol.
but if its like shooting pain, get that looked at right away.
btw, how old are you? i mean, are you still going thru puberty? or have you surpassed that already?
