I want to ..no scratch that.. NEED to go on a diet soon. I am 35 pounds overweight according to the chart at my doc's office. Need to lose those 35 pounds...but not necessarily fast...maybe over six weeks or so.


I'm sick of diets that say eat so and so amount of calories or so and so amount of carbs. I am lousy at counting that kind of thing. I need specifics...like for example: have 1 cup of so and so cereal with 1/2 cup of milk for breakfast...1 apple for snack 1 salad with lettuce tomato...etc...for lunch.
Can anyone tell me the foods I need to eat...and how much?

WTF? We give them tax exempt status already and they don't even have to work for their money in the first place ;as the money is just given to them by church goers.
We didn't take on the church to support like a kid. If they can't control their priests that like to suck little boys pee-pee's then they should have to pay out the **** to make things right with the victims of their abuse
Chuch's shouldn't be about money....especially the catholics...look at all the gold and crap the pope wears and no telling how much gold they stole form Europe during WW II.

I'm finding that some of the sites I go on especially pogo.games I can not get their full screen to be displayed on my monitor ..

I need to know how to reduce their size on my monitor that I can see fully what is on their page..

I bought a house in Belfast last year, which I rented out to a recently divorced woman. I have been very patient with her non-payment of rent, and listened to all her excuses and promises of money but have had enough now as she owes 6 months rent and now I am sure she has fed me a load of lies . How do I go about evicting her? The house is in a mess (from the outside anyway) and I will need to spend a lot of money fixing it up. If I do evict her, is there any chance I'll ever get the money she owes me or will I have to put it down to experience?

Also, is there some way that I can blacklist her to stop her doing this to someone else in my position. I'm so mad I could kill the btich but have to try really hard to keep my cool.

Because my g/f and I have known each other since 2000, we both have a large amount of the same friends from high school and college.

I'd like to incorporate some of our close friends with my marriage proposal, but still keep it romantic and a surprise for her. But if you have some fun thoughts, I'd like to hear those too. The more the merrier.

Any ideas?

i thought I was the only one with a really bad doctor, who passed of my problems and made me feel worse instead of better...until i started reading the answers on here. i am appauled at a lot of doctors and medical professionals these days (not all, of course there are some great ones) who seem to forget what their job really is and make you feel bad for going to see them, when infact its the last place on earth you want to be! I mean it's bad enough having to go and state whats wrong with you without being made to feel like crap for doing so!

Has anyone else had a really bad experience with there doctor, gp or had really pathetic and useless forms of treatment/help suggested to them??

I never threw away a diaper in anyone's garbage when my sons were babies my son's are in their 30's now., I carried a plastic bag in my diaper bag and took the soiled diaper home with me. Does any one else think young women today are rude to throw their baby's dirty diaper is someones garbage?
