look under the center section of the dash just under the steering wheel. there's a cover there that is removable, its either in that location or look under the dash against the left side

Open the hood it's either next to the battery or the air filter box . Its under a big plastic cover on the top near the top side of the radiator I'm pretty sure its on the right side facing the radiator.
