I think it's funny that in the time it takes them to ask their silly question ("Where can I get info on trees...?") they could have googled and found thousands of sites. It's even funnier when people actually respond with 40 page dissertaions that are never read or chosen for best answer!

yes, accept fot the tech questions. Folks are always looking for easy answers, where they don't have to do much.
