Puerto Rico is having a referendum on voting for statehood this week, I believe on Saturday. If they approve it, and there for get 2 Senators and at least 1 Representative, what will happen with DC? DC will have to be included because it would be dumb to give an island representation and not the capital.

I am Canadian and I know that most think that G W Bush is an idiot to put it mildly. But honestly what is the real thought about him? Is he liked in general or not? Or would the majority like to see him sent to Iraq to fight his own battles?

My boyfriend and I have been together 6 months, we met each other at work (my old job). We had not been on a proper date, just the two of us, until last night, we went to the cinema and for a meal. I had to pay for this which did'nt bother me as he had no money till he got paid and said he will take me out when he does.

He smokes a lot of cannabis and this makes him lazy and he never wants to go anywhere or do anything . He also has a 5 year old daughter and takes her 3 days a week which limits the time I get with him.

He didnt even thank me last night for the meal and said the film was rubbish! This made me feel as if all my efforts to get him to go out were for nothing!

Despite all this he is a lovely guy and I do love him, should I put up with this or dump him? Or give him a chance? I get the feeling I could do better.

Any advice would be welcome!

I'm about to buy a new laptop and Desktop, and thyey have to last about 2 years before replacement. Is Windows XP going to be phased out soon with the release of Vista? The two machines I'm looking at are both XP equipped and I don't want to have to fork out for a Vista upgrade in a years time.
