I think it depends on the context. At a wedding it is fine to watch them kiss. There is also a difference between seeing people kiss and watching people kiss. When you are at the pub, in the park, on the beach etc, its fine to see people kissing but if you stop and watch them or stare at them, then it could be considered rude.

uh in a way it is...bcus if someone is putting themselves out there then why not watch??..but i mean if you stare your basically not giving them privacy..idk i say it is rude
