I am Canadian and I know that most think that G W Bush is an idiot to put it mildly. But honestly what is the real thought about him? Is he liked in general or not? Or would the majority like to see him sent to Iraq to fight his own battles?

To clear things up I was asking for your opinion not giving you mine. I was only curios as to the majority view of americans. I also didn't say I hated the Man because I don't know him.

And as for my attitude I was only asking for an oppinion not trying to say I am better for where I live, I think any government that takes money from health care for other things like war machines and other none productive areas should not be allowed. People should always come before government profit.

I love the answerer who said "what bush has gone through, 9/11, oil prices etc." , that is a crock and a joke!! What does that person mean what HE'S gone through....none of his family was blown to bits!!! He is responsible for gas prices being so high, gas was $1.28 a gallon when he took office and in less than 2 years soared.....He is a dangerous idiot, who I didn't vote for that's for sure....Al Gore may not have been the ideal person for the job, but I believe those who stood to gain from bush becoming president would never allow Gore to win...OH, but he did win, but for some little glitch in the system, bush got the job...hmmmm, imagine that.....3 thousand plus families have buried their loved ones from Iraq, and he has the nerve to get on National TV and say "there will be more casualties".....that's real comforting......P.S. I said to my husband YEARS ago, remember when Nintendo first came out?....the games were cute and children like, fun and challenging, then.....out come the "Combat" ones, why??? So the CHILDREN at the time could learn eye/hand coordination, a subliminal form of training that later down the road they would need, which is now!!!! Its all a pre planned bunch of political crap!!!!! with an unknown serious already laid out plans for the countries future, which I guarantee won't be to our benefit or liking, you watch and see years down the road if I am wrong.....there's some serious crap coming, don't know what, but it is!

good question.. bush is an insane, stupid lying, paranoid idiot... he's the #1 terrorist. we're spend the tax $'s of hard working americans whom of so many are already impoverished.... no health ins and even if you find a job that had med ins many can't afford it. and for what? a useless war because bush cheney & co. want to cash in on the oil. This terrorist makes me sick to look at him and even more ill when he opens that ugly mouth of his already dripping with innocent blood. I am ashamed to say I am american. Under this regime the US is on a very dangerous downward spiral and I pity the next leader in office.

You have every right to express your views, Canadian or not. Bush and his blunders have had an impact on the world and the last time I checked, Canada was part of the world.

Amoung the people I've talked to it seems more people dislike Bush. But I see him as a president who is trying to keep our country safer. The problem is that George W is not such a great speaker.

The Canadians have a very strong opinion about "Bush", they should worry about their own problems like "Health care", and declining value of their money. You are also under the protection of the U.S umbrella (Militarily) so you should be nice to your Neighbors who keep you dry.

Just look up approval ratings on him. Thousands of sample people are surveyed and it consistently comes back 2/1 that they dont like him.

I voted for him both times, the other candidates seemed like idiots to me...

What Bush has had to go through, its incredible, 9/11, oil prices, housing prices, etc.

I find it hard to criticized him because he has kept to his original premises for election, he hasn't caved in to all of the media or hollywood, he has done a great job and if I ever got to meet him I would thank him for what a great job he has done.

I fear for our next election Hilary will be on the ballot, and allthough I am a woman and would like to see a female president, Hilary is not the right one. Please pray for your neighbor that someone stronger enters the election, dem or rep to keep her out....(she is pro abortion, as is the dem senate now, and killing babies is not going to stop the pop increase in calif, it will only promote illegals to having children here and having medicare pay for it.)

Its a very bad situation allready, I hope our next leader can overcome it, Bush has tried to set the foundation but many protested saying it racist......how would you like it if millions came to Canada, say Montreal without passes or tax papers but you had to pay for us moving there and for us having babies and then calling ourselves citizens......Same thing here, only they have racisicm up their sleeve.....

I don't think Bush is any stupider than the people who hate him and ask obviously biased questions like for instance, you. If you are Canadian how much of your hatred is jealous envy of big brother?
Bush is idealistic, does more for the environment than Al Gore and at least does what he does for purer reasons, not a whore to the polls like Bill Clinton.
So put him down all you want, you've done nothing good for this country, so don't you dare criticize him.
