1. My wife and I married December 31, 2006.
2. I filed on my income tax return married filed jointly.
3. My wife claimed no income.
4. I received notificatioin from the IRS that my refund is offset because my wife owes child support.
5. 1/2 of my child support was taken and that hurt because before marriage I was a full time single father.
6. According to IRS I needed to file an "Injured Spouse" Claim form. Originally IRS took ALL of my refund but they did give me half.
7. According to IRS I need to file this "Injured Spouse Form" every year.
8. How can I get around this?
9. I feel like my wife debt before marriage has nothing to do with me.
10. Please advise.

What can I do when I have been told that the Verona 2004,2005,2006 are crap. I was told this by a service tech but yet I can not get out of this car due to credit. But I must have been worthy of credit when I got the car because I got it for no money down all I want to do is trade it in for something else but no bank will finance me. Can someone help me? What should I do?

He appears to be from the late 1800's. He may be the same person depicted on the label of Mr. Boston liquor. I've also seen the same person on a pewter medallion shaped like a bottle with him in the bottle.

I have shares in a listed company that I do not want to sell but want to transfer into a SIPP. Once in the SIPP, and when it makes sence, depending on the market, I will sell them and re-invest in either one of the SIPP fund or other individual stocks.
So far, all the SIPP that will accept shares want me to sell them first and invest the cash, or sell them the day they have been transfered into the SIPP, which is not acceptable

My sister got fired for something she did not do. The data used was
from a report saying she was hanging up on people. She works in
a call center environment and the calls are tracked by a report which gave info claiming she is not talking to the people when they call in. She is not quilty but they said the report speaks for itself. She was not given any warning or anything. She did not do this and
says there has to be a problem with the report. Can and how should she fight this. She has never been written up for anything with this company and was totally shocked when this happened.

My wife and I pay $550.50 a month for rent.Is there a law when the owner of the home charges a family member an extra $200.00 to stay with us.The home is a two bedroom with a lot of room.She found out that my brother draws a SSI check and started charging.I was under the understanding all my life that when you rent that at least one family member can stay with out paying.

He had said that he is never going to date dark-skinned black women againg because they are too dark and they always have bad attitudes. And he said that he wants lighter kids. I really hate him for this because I'm darkskinned and he cheated on my mom with this white woman. I don't get it. He is Wesley Snipes complexion and he is always bad mouthing Black women.
