hi is there any where in singapore where one can screen for gonorhea in singapore after 6pm?(due to work)

Don't worry too much. Are pus oozing out. Are you peeing razor blades. If not within a few days then you didn't get the clap. But if it itches forever then you got NSU (non specific urethritis) which is harder to treat where long course of medication is needed. As the saying goes in Thailand - girls are cheap but medicine aren't.
