I'm looking for Info about a well dressed man that appears to be intoxicated leaning on a lamp post.?

He appears to be from the late 1800's. He may be the same person depicted on the label of Mr. Boston liquor. I've also seen the same person on a pewter medallion shaped like a bottle with him in the bottle.
