What do you say, how do you approach them and overall, what expectation should I set for myself for their response?
I believe I am well thought of by the parents, and I believe they think an engagement is coming. I was planning to not propose until after I spoke with the parents. Also, should it just be me, or both of us that speak to them?

If one remarries owing back taxes, do those debts become the responsibility for the new spouse as well? And if one of the parties owing the back taxes dies, is that new spouse liable for that as well?

This is a bill proposal I am currently working on that would give any military personnel (18-20yr.) the rights of any U.S. citizen of the age 21+. These rights would include:
1. The right to legally carry a concealed personal firearm off base.
2. The right to go to clubs
3. The right to go to casinos
4. The right to drink.

Some people believe that U.S. Military personnel already have these rights, however that is not true. In the 1960's MADD passed a bill stating that all military bases must "follow the law of the land". Therefore you can’t drink under the age of 21. Also only in a few states at the age of 21 are you allowed to carry a concealed firearm at age 21. And since most clubs and casinos serve alcohol anyone under 21 is not allowed in. I believe that the people fighting for our rights deserve our rights. Please give me your input on my "proposal” I already have a local House of Representative behind me, however I need to get a few more before a bill will be written

ok i jus found out that i lost the baby! and its lyk driving me crazy, but how would i tell the father i mean we had been taklkin bout having a baby together since i was 13. its like i never really wanted it to happen soo soon. nut the thing is i sort of cheated with one of my close guy friends and i'm really sure who was the father anyway? should i tell them or not and how?

My 13yr old delivers papers once a week. She received a 1099-Misc. form and it shows her earnings in box 7 ($1094). This is her total earnings for the entire year and she has no unearned income. Does she have to file a return and a schedule C and pay SE tax since she is a dependant and her earned income is less than $5,150? She is a full time student and is hardly considered self-employed.
