Well I just got popped but feel I couldn't avoid it. I was coming up to a stop sign on a steep hill. At the stop sign, there is a 4 way intersection which I was turning left on. Cars were parked on both corners so I couldn't see well. So I busted my left & a car is coming FAST on my butt. So I accelerate. Look in my rear view and here comes the federale. He "gives me a break" & instead of 42 in a 25 gives me a 30 in a 25. Oh thank you officer! It's $117.

I want to fight it since I couldn't stop in the middle of the intersection and had to accelerate to avoid being hit. I've heard of radar guns not being calibrated to manufactuer's specs and people winning because of it. This ticket however doesn't seem to be radar. It says in the Nature of Offense field Speeding and in other field "Robric". Under date equip tested it say 1-4-07 (almost 2 months ago). Is this sufficient to get this dropped? Any other tips on beating this ticket? Thanks!

im looking for something, good, strong, and solid. Im not looking to build a lot of mass nor bulk. i just want lean muscle gains. Anybody know anything good thats out there? not creatine, not NO-Xplode or anything commercial and weak.

I left a nearly 10-year marriage shortly after my first child was born, because my ex was having an affair. I am quite unexpectedly pregnant again and terrified about whether I can adequately care for two children on my own. (FYI: I'm in my 30s, in the middle of a huge career shift, and I also have some chronic health problems.)
Have any of you been in a similar situation, and can you offer any advice? I'd like a broad range of opinions, but if you feel the need to tell me to keep my legs closed, please save it. I'm beating myself up over it quite enough, thank you.

I'm almost 16 and there is a boy at school that every girl would absolutely kill for. I see him for more than just looks, however. We have a lot in common from grades to the same preferences in music, to hobbies. I have a hard time opening up to people and he does as well. We've each only had one previous relationship that did not last very long. I've done as much as I can to get to know him (talked, spent time together outside of school etc.) but he just wi;; not loosen up. I'm afraid he's just closing himself off ocmpletely from people and he's not being his true self. I know that because I do the exact same thing. Should I continue just talking to him or should I just take the initiative and kiss him and see how he reacts to it? What's the worse that could really happen? Or is it better just to tell him? It's really difficult to explain. He's just a mystery and I can't figure him out, but I'm attracted to everything about him. Maybe I should just back off. I don't know anymore

Hi, my friend has a honda crf80 and he is telling me i should get a honda. I was thinking about getting a honda crf100f. Are yamaha dirt bikes better? And Are motocross dirt bikes better for jumping things? I want a fast bike that wont get messed up if i jump high. I also want a bike that wont break down on me. Please answer.
