I want to lose weight and I am planning on starting a new excercise routine that involves mainly cardio along with some light weight training. But my main problem is what I eat. I do good in the morning and at lunch. I'll eat healthy all day untill I get home. Then I tend to over eat. even if its not junk food I'll eat too much of something healthy. What are some ways to help me eat only when I'm hungry and not just board?

ok, here's the problem: I'm 15, my boyfriend has NEVER kissed a girl before. we've been going out for two weeks, i know he REALLY likes me but and he hasn't even done as much as hold my hand (i think he's afraid, he's never done it before)! i REALLY like him, but i'm not sure what i should do about the first kiss thing, cuz i think it should probably be soon, when should i do it and how? should i say anything or just keep it silent? should i get close to him put my arms around him, or should i just do it out of nowhere? Baby #2 is due in August, and we JUST got around to telling everyone about her (my mother is convinced we'll have a girl).

my boyfriend is going into the navy.
he will be in chicago for 8 months.
well we decided to be "single" while he is gone.
i still want to be with him...&& i beleive in my hert 8 weeks from now i'll feel the same way.
i want to get to know his family [ esp his mom ] but i don't know if that is a good idea.
we've never really talked before.
she has a great sence of humour but a short temper.
w/o him there idk how well we'd conversate...i know she likes me...but i want her to love me.
what should I do??
shoud i stay close to his family or not?

If I do a hardcopy and mail it like I did last year ,and do not e-fifle, can I use 1 copy to do someone elses?
My parents are elderly and this year I will be doing theirs for them
