Is it okay if I skip a meal a day? I have lost 8 pounds from doing this. I weigh 208 and I am 10 yrs old. I hate being obese. I just want to look good. At night I dream about bleeding and knives. I am not sure what is wrong. Why is my body thinking this way?
(I usually skip breakfast. Sometimes lunch. Sometimes both.) Is a 10 yr old supposed to be thinking this way? I started my period when I was 9 yrs old and am almost 11. Last week I had my period for 11 days. Is this all normal? If not, What could be wrong? PLEASE HELP???
