Yes. Some fast food companies have eliminated trans fats which are very very dangerous to artery health such as heart attacks and strokes and many other deadly health issues. Some restaurants not considered fast food places refuse to give up these deadly fats in their foods. That can be worse than fast food places that have eliminated it. A gourmet restaurant that has french fries loaded with trans fats is more unhealthy than a fast food restaurant that has none. Just an example. Good question!

Yes there is. Like sub sandwiches and processed foods that you buy from the market. These places that clam that lower calories in there food will help you loose weight is a contradiction. Most of these foods have a high salt content (sodium) which is a metal, and (chloride) which is a poisonous gas. Which was used to kill the Jews by Hitler . If you put sodium (a element) and (chloride) a element together it makes a compound, what do you get? common table salt.
So you make up your own mind, are you going to harden up your arteries with salt? or plug up your veins with fat.
O ya, one more thing. Don't forget veggies have insecticides in them.

I doubt it...My personal opinion is fast food and junk food(potato chips, candy) are hand in hand. Think about this...If you went into a grocery store or even a gas station and picture ALL the bad food removed from the shelves....you would have alot of empty shelves. The best way to eat right is to cook it yourself and of course moderation. Everyone likes a sweet treat or some junk food every now and then.

I would say fried chicken in a sit down restaurant is just as bad as a fast food fried chicken sandwich. Many restaurants have unhealthy food. The edge is, they have more healthy foods from which to choose that fast food stores.

I doubt it...fast food is bad because it has a lot of preservatives and a lot of time they are fried with re-used oil. Junk food is pretty bad, too. I think if people cooked at home more often, we wouldn't have such a problem with obesity.
