my wieght is fast increasing everyday. i'm conciuos about it because i don't want to become fat.

You can go on a 3 day fast where you drink water and juice only and don't eat solid food.

After that start exercising and eat a well balanced diet. The 3 day fast will help jump start your diet.

Drink a lot of water every day to get rid of any fluid. Sit in a sauna and sweat your butt off, but make sure you keep your fluids up, eat salads and fruit, and brisk walk for an hour every day...

1)Stop going to fast food and restaurants, 2) Do some exercises or sports in order to maintain your body active and healthy. 3) To lose weight, eat healthy foods in small portions: still you could have dessert.

Eat fruit and vegetables ... and drink water.
