A fry up would be my first choice but I too don't have the ingredients so Im making do with 2 slices of toast and a nice cup of tea. Just think of the amount of calories LESS we are consuming!!!

A fry-up, but I dare say I'd get bored if I had one every day! This morning it was venison and apricot sausages from the farmers' market; bacon; eggs. Scrumptious.

By way of a change, fresh fruit salad with natural yoghurt.
