I am in my early teen years and need to lose weight in:
My thighs - they're huge
My stomach - only a little bit
I look really fat on camera and want to lose weight, but I'm not too desparate to go on a crazy diet. Because I don't own my own house, I cant just go out and buy exercise equipment and my parents arereally busy right now, and I dont want them to keep worrying about my problems, because I am popular at school but I JUST want to lose weight, that's all!
What I want is some exercises I can do at home that work really well in those areas and where you don't need ANY equipment. NONE at all!
Are there any?
