I love him very much,but its looks like he has been taking advantage of me.He abuses me mentally,verbally. I moved in USA 5 years ago by myself and I do not have anybody here.I am so depressed and stress out because the way how he treats me but I do not know what to do,because I love him and if I leave him, he will divorce me and due to my immigration problems I will have to go back home.I do not want to go back home,I have already made my life here.He does not put his hand on me,so I really can not approve anything.Please help!!!!

What do you love about a man who does not respect you? How can you love someone who emotionally abuses you?
You can file for a divorce and talk to an attorney about making sure your citizenship is permanent. I am not sure that you can lose your citizenship through divorce. I do not think that the law works that way.
You do not need physical marks on your body in order to prove mental anguish. Get yourself into therapy, which you definitely need. No one has a reason to love someone who abuses them. Between your words and your therapist's you will easy be able to prove mental anguish. The odds are that once you file for divorce he will agree to settle it out of court in order to avoid the embarrassment of the public display.
Even if you were to have to go back to your country of origin, that is still better than ruining your life in an abusive marriage. Because the abuse may not be physical now, but it will be. It always turns physical in time.

What you should do is try to become a USA citizen. Then get away from him. It is not good to stay in a relationship like that. If that doesn't work, I am sorry. I don't have any other answer. But you can't keep yourself in this situation.

You need to get out of this relationship before he starts hitting you. There are places you can call for domestic violence. You would be better off going back home at leasts you will not have to be abused. It only gets worse with time please get out while you still can. Good luck!!!!!

You created this situation. You have to live with it now.
You either put up with it and stay. Or you divorce him and go home.
You made your life, you created this situatoin, now deal with it. Next time don't marry a man until you really really know him.

um.. i'd just say get out of the relationship while you can..
i'm sure you can go to a shelter.. or maybe seek refugee status?
i don't know if the states have that..
