If you are doing ua ...you are ether legally required to do them... or... you need to prove you are not mentally impaired for some activity or other....
ether way...you are here asking us to assist you in falsifying your test and deceive your qualifications...

No. A basic urinalysis does not include a pregnancy test; it does not include hormone levels or anything else that would indicate your gender. A pregnancy test is only done when ordered and they are not going to order one on you if you are a man unless they think you have a tumor in your abdomen and it is a very unspecific test for that.
Why would you want to substitute a ua? The things it tests for are mostly concerned with infection, glomerular function, back injury, nutrition and that sort of thing. Or do you mean a urine drug test, either way that is also a specific test for drug metabolites not hormone levels.
