I'm confused. I have read that it is what people are willing to pay for it. I have also read that it is a share of the company's value. So if a stock is worth $10, and people are willing to py 11$, how do I know what part of the stock I'm paying for is actual ownership in the company. What are these terms called? Is it P/E Ration? Please help.

i have been told that straightening rods will destroy the hair...and will even result in hair loss and dandruff..

I am a sleepless mommy of a 6 week old who refuses day time naps.My 6 week old baby ,doesnt sleep the entire day from 9 am in the morning.Finally at evening 8 she goes to sleep to wake up an hour and a half later.The she goes to sleep and then wakes up for her feedings ,a gap of 2 hours after being put to sleep.The best part is in the night she goes to sleep immediately after each feeding.But she wants to be awake ,and play and be held and attended to the entire day .Whats wrong,....i feel so sleep deprived.

my lawyer showed me evidence that my ex transfered $436k cash out of U.S before and between i divorced him 2 years ago. the evidence is provided by my ex's current wife who was his girlfriend then and helped him to laundied money into her Canadian account. she is divorcing him now after married 15 months, the wife kept more than $125k out of the money he send to her, now, they are fighting for it.
The deal for me is: i have to help the wife get what she wants(keep $125k) then she will let me use the evidence to reopen my divorce (she hired the same divorce lawyer).the wife is not a decent person for my opinion,she involved this man with all the calculatings,she treated my daughter badly, even send letters to her elementry school to bad mouth her. so helping her is really against my heart, but it is the only way to get evidence for my case, and i want justice for me and my daughter, it feels like make deal with evil, what should i do?

so my mom works at the college and she does these gallery opening montly for new exbits and she can't be there the whole time for this one so volunteered me to do it and i don't want to but i want to help her out. so my friend was going to go but decided she had would rather go bowling and my other friend won't go. do i have a right to be mad. cause she told me she would go and now i have to stand there by myself w/ a bunch of college kids and i'm in 9th grade.

OK so i dont know if you remember a question i asked a while ago with my cousin talking about how he hates gay people, but now its my brother. heres what happend-


We were in my living room, i was on the computer he was watching TV, and then he truned on a show were its about a personal trainer, hes into working out so i wasnt surprised he put it on. So later in the show we found 2 people were lesbian/gay he starts to talk about how " i want to be in this business, but its filled with gays!" (me learning from my cousin question you guys said not to laugh at gay jokes, so i didnt laugh like id normally do) and then he says " im not homophobic, but id feel REALLY uncomferable if a gay person were next to me" ( me being bi, i feelt like he knew i was bi. but then he left so i think he dsoesnt know.) so now what do i do. EVERYONE in my family is homophobic!!!!
