Meditation shift us from tensed area to the calm area that relaxes our mind. But as far as i concerned, sex also does the same. Therefore, will it be unethcal calling the sex meditation?

I've been there once before last December i imagined it to be so much more glamorous, with everyone dressed like Carrie Bradshaw but it was actually quite scruffy! So where are the glam areas in Manhattan to go out? because all I found were endless jazz and Irish bars.

I'm transitioning careers to being a personal financial planner. I've got to choose a certification program - are distant learning programs credible? Is it better to have the classroom experience with other CFPs in the local area so I can network? Does reputation of program make any difference? I use Scheduled Tasks in Windows to run SyncToy once a day to back up my data. However, if Outlook is open it cannot back up my .pst files as they are locked by the application.
Is there a way to run Scheduled Tasks to CLOSE an already open application. I could then use this to close Outlook before the backup starts.
Or another way to back up the .pst files while outlook is open?
