Meditation shift us from tensed area to the calm area that relaxes our mind. But as far as i concerned, sex also does the same. Therefore, will it be unethcal calling the sex meditation?

I dont think so! sex is a release just as meditation is!

A lot many activity makes one calm and peaceful.If you just sit idle and just relax, your body will loosen up and you will be relaxed. Then can we call sitting idle as meditation?
In the same terms, sex cn also be called as exercise as every part of the body is working while you are in the act. But I dont think it will compensate for the real exercise.j.

sex is not meditation but it can be similar to meditation because while meditatiing we had to concentrate on one thing even during sex we concentrate only on one thing. meditation relaxes our mind even sex do that.
