chicken is good for you also try turkey breast, cottage cheese and yogurt make a healthy snack, any raw nuts gives you essential fats, eggs are a good source of protein although the yokes have most of the cholestoral and fat the whites have very little of either, that names just a few.

it's really not that difficult, Dear.
You know that an apple is healthier then a cupcake.
I would be bored with tuna also if I ate it all the time. I would recommend that you buy some vegetarian cookbooks and start from there. If you like to add some fish or chicken for a change you can include these into the dishes.
By the way...according to health standards...eating more then two cans of tuna a week is dangerous because of mercury.

If you want an alternative for sweets, I like to blend diet sprite or crystal light with frozen strawberries in the blender. It's really good. If your trying to lose weight make sure to stay away from starchy veggies like yams and potatos. Squash is really good. There are tons of varieties.

the second person will have less money and will eat far less tasty food, and is probably rather a fool. Buying, cooking and eating decent food does not take a lot of time or money.

if you stick to chicken and fish with lots of fresh veggies and fruit you can't go wrong...just make sure you don't use lots of gravies and sauces...that's where the calories are....stick with baking or cooking on top of the stove in a little olive oil or chicken broth....steam your veggies...good luck
