obviously, everyone holds SOME responsibility, but studies have shown that teens brains are still evolving and have difficulty grasping the repercussions of their actions and also can't totally grasp the future implications of their actions.

so, in general, are teens resp. for their actions?

I'm interested in having some Betta fish. I'm new to taking care of fish so I'm not quite sure how to take care of them. According to petco.com, male bettas can't be housed together, but females can. Is this true and are females taken care of the same way as males?

A few years back, Radiohead produced an album (OK Computer). It was a concept album that related heavily to the book 1984. The album blows me away every time I here it (it's even inspired me to reread the book). Does anyone know of any bands who have done similar things with an album?

I've heard from many people that there are contradictions in the Bible. I've read many passages and found things myself that seem contradictory but abstain from inference because I haven't read the whole thing. I have a carpeted 2 bedroom apartment. i have found these little bugs that are furry, black, and brown, and like to stay near the walls. i don't see any bug nests or anything like that. And haven't noticed them biting anyone in the house. but it creeps me out. I want to know what kind of bug this is...and how to get rid of them.
