8notes.com has a large variety of sheet music for numerous instruments as well as different types of musical groups. About half of their music is free or you can pay $20 fro a membership and get as much music as you want.
You didn't specify what kind of sheet music do you needed (piano, violin, cello, etc).

i've looked for others, there are none that have straight up downloadable sheet music, it all has to be done through trades
and pianofiles is the best

sheetmusicplus.com looks like a good spot. Sorry, wish I had more experience buying online. I usually just go down to the store.
