1984 and Radiohead...?

Question

A few years back, Radiohead produced an album (OK Computer). It was a concept album that related heavily to the book 1984. The album blows me away every time I here it (it's even inspired me to reread the book). Does anyone know of any bands who have done similar things with an album?

if you like power/prog/medieval metal type music, Nightfall by Blind Guardian is related heavily to The Silmarillion by JRR Tolkien
