our cat's name is Oosha but we call him: fat man, fat ach,sham-oosha(like the whale), and chexy.
our chinchilla's name is Porkchop but we call her: chopper, la-la, and por que.
I don't think they even know their real names!

I'm 14 weeks pregnant with our first baby. My husband and I have been going through all kinds of problems financially. He worked for a family owned business and they just up and left town without any notice, leaving my husband out of work. I'm a college student, so that left us with almost no income. My husband has had a hard time finding a new job. We were actually forced to stay with family for the time being.

I'm totally depressed about being broke, my car needs work, and I'm already going crazy having to live with my family. I love them but I hate having to rely on them and they smoke in the house which I have no choice but to just deal with. Not to mention, it makes me feel like I'm a little kid because EVERYONE has an opinion.

My family, and my husbands mother are ALL OVER him making him feel horrible about having a hard time finding a job. His mom keeps telling me I should go get a job even though school consumes most of my time and it's really none of her business.

Can anyone tell me what a "yellowbelly" python really is?

I have a ball python, but he has a pink tongue, and slightly lighter color spot on his head, and his tummy is a light lavender in some places? i know yellowbellys are hard to recongnize, but his belly isn't yellow, it's lavender... Is he just normal? any ideas or suggestions?

p.s. he's still young so we can't breed him to find out for sure, i'm just looking for advice what he could be.

I plan to lend money to my friend so that he can buy a car, however I want to make it legal so that in case he doesn't pay I can sue him.so how is a legally binding document suposed to be? do I need to have any witnesses present and what should the words on the agreement state. I hope somebody can answer my question.I am really torn between what to do and how to do it.
