If you want to add a word to the dictionary in MS Word, right-click on the word when it is underlined in red and click on Add. If you run the Spelling and Grammar checker you can also click on Add when the checker comes across the word and it will be added to the dictionary.

I don't know, but considering the way you express yourself, I'd certainly try Word to do that job... sorry!
