I'm thinking about getting a HyTek Big Button Universal Remote for my grandparents, but I was wondering if you someone here could help me out with a question that I have? Here's a good picture of the remote:

As you can see, the navigation arrows (in blue) are on the Play, FF, and Rewind buttons. The fact that the arrows are blue seems to indicate that it's only to be used for Satellite (which is also blue on the remote).

Does this mean that this remote doesn't have DVD navigation? Or does it mean that a shift key (which I don't see) will have to be pressed in order to use the arrows for the DVD function? As far as I can tell if I were to hit the up arrow in DVD mode the disc would just start playing.

I just posted a "getting scammed" question. I am getting really great answers. It will be hard to pick just one best answer. Now I need to know how to go about getting that website shut down so more people won't be ripped off. I read a complaint from someone that got scammed by this company on 02/13/07- It made me sick.
