Hell yeah! I usually add the finger point so everyone else can know who to laugh at too. Sometimes if I'm nice I'll try and help the guy up but don't blame me if he falls back down in the process

No it's not funny they can be hurt, I more likely to feel sorry for them and try to help them. How can we laugh at people like that, it just make me sad. I will never laugh at someone’s misfortune.
I won't like it when it happens to me, so I shouldn't laugh at others people's misfortune.

and point at them , so others can see and laugh also
Have you seen tom greens "subway monkey hour" ? if not i highly suggest that you watch it, it is so funny
at one part of the movie a chinese man slips down the stairs, and he points and laughs , and uses his megaphone and laughs into and and says u feel on your bum bum you feel on your bum bum
