Yes you may. You should also take 2-3 cups of room temperature water to replenish what you lost in your running.

celery is a negative calorie food. It takes more energy to eat it than it contains. Whatever you are trying to do, be sure that you have good life insurance 'cause you're going to die at the rate you are going. What is your objective???

i am a personal trainer and it sounds like you might need somehelp, you need to eat mor ethen 1000 calories a day anyway and yu should never run for 70 mins. that is stpis orry to say it but it is. you can thogh eat s many celery sticks asyou want as you cant gain weight on them as yu burn more calories eating them then they have, and grapes are fine as well but neer to many.
you an walk for 70 mis and be fine but never run for that long please.

The celery won't add any calories.
And the grapes should be fine they're 2 calories per grape.

What are you trying to do collapse in the middle of the road? You're burning more calories than you're taking in. It sounds to me like you're starving yourself, and have a form of anorexia in which you eat little and over-exercise.

if you are concerned about calorie intake, then eat celery and apples, those two foods wind up not adding calories after you eat them.... it takes more calories to eat apples and celery (plain of course) than you will get from eating them...
