I just posted a "getting scammed" question. I am getting really great answers. It will be hard to pick just one best answer. Now I need to know how to go about getting that website shut down so more people won't be ripped off. I read a complaint from someone that got scammed by this company on 02/13/07- It made me sick. I knew exactly how "Susan B" felt. People are taking the bait everyday!!! What can be done about the website? The BBB has this company listed as "Out of Business" But the website is still IN business. It's like a trap. Check it out. www.wholesalequalityclothing.com. Great prices, raving customer testimony, 100% money back guarantee. WE'VE GOT TO STOP THEM. Who do I contact to shut down the website? I hope and pray someone knows the answer to this one.......

They do have a phone number and an address on the website. If you got ripped off and you really know they are not open (check new york to see if they are incorporated, call, leave a mesage that you didnt get your item so please call back, ...) but I would say ...call go daddy and complain, they take it seriously.

Get in contact with the Better Business Bureau. They monitor stuff like that. Be as detailed as possible. You should really tell them exactly what their website says, but that the website is still scamming. They should be able to help you, or at least direct you to the right people. You know, you might also be able to contact the FBI....definitely give it a shot! Oh yeah, and the Federal Trade Commission! Contact them for sure.....They deal with stuff like this all the time. That is going to be your best bet....heres their website:
