My friend passed their test a while ago like Nov 05' I know that you have 2 yrs to send off the pass test certificate. About two weeks b4 the test my friend was stopped by the police for driving with no insurance and no licence and then in Feb 06' was given 6 points on his licence does this mean that he can no longer drive as he has 6 points or because the offence was committed before he passed his test it will be okay. Please let me know as I don't really wanna be driving with him if he can get stopped.

Im 15, and I think it is ok to stay up until 3:30 in the morning to talk with friends. You see, I have the week off. Anyway, my mother says it is not normal and that I am insane (Which is really hurtful, mind you.) Is there any evidence proving to the contrary of her statement? Or... Not... Whatever works. :)
